Wolf Range ASA24 Griddle Natural Gas Countertop 24in x 24in. Wolf Range ASA24 is a powerful countertop gas griddle that uses 54,000 BTU's to cook a variety of foods to perfection on its wide 24in x 24in griddle plate. To ensure that there is even heating on the griddle surface Wolf Ranges uses (1) "U" shaped aluminized steel burner every 12 inches. In order to catch the extra grease that the food will produce while cooking, Wolf Range installeda 3-1/2in grease gutter and a large 6 quart stainless steel grease drawer under the griddle that is easy to remove for cleaning. To help with grease splatters the ASA24 countertop griddle uses 4in back splash and tapered side splashes that are designed to catch splattering grease. Since Wolf Range built this ASA griddle out of stainless steel this countertop unit will look great in any kitchen and is easy to keep clean.
